Day centres are available to disabled or older people who like to get out but need assistant or extra support with activities while they are there. They are a great place to meet up with friends and have a cup of tea and a chat. There are refreshments and meals available 7 days a week. Some day centres organise day trips out for a small charge.

- Arts & Craft activities
- Entertainment
- Exercise classes
- Day trips out
