What can you expect from Community Care:
We recruit support workers and carers that are qualified and trained to support and assist individuals that have mental health problems, physical and learning difficulties and elderly people that need help within their home on a daily basis.
So if you need help with dressing, washing, cleaning and making breakfast, lunch or dinner then we can offer you our community care services. Our careres can be available to visit your home every day to give you or a family member that live independently the support they need.
The Community Care Services that are available are:
- (Non-residential care)
- Day care that is provided in local day centres
- Domiciliary care / Home help
